   則   $ sudo usermod -a -G dialout 用户名
          $ sudo chmod a+rw /dev/ttyACM0

   2018/07/03重裝
          $ sudo usermod -a -G dialout 用户名
          $ sudo chmod a+rw /dev/ttyUSB0
