install docker on ubuntu2204

 verify that Docker is installed

==> docker version

Docker  execute

==>sudo systemctl start docker

verify docker run

==>sudo systemctl status docker

create image(hello-world)

==> docker run hello-world

to confirm if docker is running

==>docker ps

or ==> docker images

install docker compose

==> sudo apt-get  install docker-compose
