安裝xoop step by step

1.先建一個資料庫及一位使用者
2.cp 至public_html
       另外兩個 xoop_data xoop_lib 移至public_html 之外
3.設定檔案 mod own
   public_html 755 
   chown -R www-data.www-data uploads/ templates_c/ cache/
   chown -R www-data.www-data xoop_data
   chmod 777 mainfile.php include/license.php

   /modules/system/admin/maintenance/dump
   xoops_data
