install wireshark in ubuntu1604

1.加入 ppa
   sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wireshark-dev/stable

2. sudo apt-get update

3.sudo apt-get install wireshark

 it show "The capture session could not be initiated on interface"

type
1. sudo groupadd wireshark
2.sudo chgrp wireshark /usr/bin/dumpcap
3.sudo chmod 4755 /usr/bin/dumpcap
