還原私房打字軟體 資料庫

1.新建一資料庫 使用者 及 密碼 (要和) config.inc.php 內的一模一樣
    (資料庫 要使用big5)
2.將public_html  複製至要還原的地方 (如 192.16.1.16/~uptype/)
